2021 has been one of the most musical years thus far, with artists dropping amazing work from all around the world, the competition runs deep as chart domination has become the bar, new music genres like Drill, Afro-beats and Amapiano taking over previous runners for their money. This year has revolutionized music despite the pandemic, Nigeria, South Africa and other underrated countries have been moved to the forefront of this new wave, and the charts say it all, with Wiz Kid, Burna Boy and Tems working with whoever they please now, the Amapiano brand has reached icons in the industry while allowing artists like Focalistic to travel the world concurrently.
We will be dropping a list weekly of the best music to drop this year, both locally and internationally. Our lists are not in any order, we are just appreciating the quality and the shift that these projects have caused as we speak, and still about to cause more damage as we approach the festive season.
Be sure to share this and see if we left out anything, if we did, then lookout for the next parts we will publish,.
